The free verison contains all of the features of the professional version.
It is only limited by the number of users and the number of contacts.
Billing
- You can choose either the month-to-month, 6-month or 12-month payment option.
Users
- This is the number of logins you can create to access the system.
Each login is a separate user and will share all the contacts and group calendar.
Each user will also have their own individual calendars, can be assigned tasks etc.
Each member of your team should have their own login - concurrent logins are not allowed.
Number of Contacts
-The total number of individual contacts in the system.
If you have 5 users, you can have 5,000 contacts.
Spouses and family attached to a contact do not count towards the number of contacts.
File Storage Space
- The is the amount of space taken up be files and photos that you upload and attach to contacts.
If you have 6 users you have 6GB.
Your contact data does not count against this total.
(If you never upload a file, your storage space is zero no matter how many contacts you have.)
Support
- This defines the scope of the technical support you will receive.
Tier I is 24-hour turn around time and up to 5 support tickets per month.
All users have access to the support recources on the wiki.
Also, there is a
Send Feedback box that can be used to report outages or bugs.
