How does the 15-day free trial work?

It’s simple. You enter some basic information including name, phone, email, estimated number of users, current system, and a password. That’s it and it should take you less than 30 seconds. No credit card is required. You now have access to the full featured system for free for 15 days.

During your free trial, you have access to all the features and functions of BigContacts. You can add as many users to the system to truly test the capabilities of this system, and best of all…if you decide to upgrade to a paid edition…all of the customization and data you entered remains in your account.

BigContacts supports 4 web browsers. (Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer) The single best performing and most stable web browser for BigContacts, as well as many other web applications, is Firefox.

Is it easy to import my contacts?

We have developed an Import Wizard that is very easy to use. This tool gives you step-by-step instructions on how to import your core contact data (name, address, email, phone, etc.) from most any program on the market today; including programs like Outlook, Mac Address book, Gmail, Yahoo and many others. It only takes 4 simple steps and about 5 minutes and you can import your contact list, no matter how big the list.

Can I access BigContacts from my mobile phone?

You can access basic contact information from any smartphone. We also offer an app for the iPhone. We will soon offer a full “Mobile Edition” that will give you access to all notes and history too.

Can I synchronize my contacts and calendar with other applications?

We offer a synchronization module (called AutoSync) that will automatically synchronize your contacts and calendar events with many popular applications. BigContacts currently synchronizes with programs like: Outlook, Google Calendar, Mac Address Book, iPhone, Android, Blackberry, iPad, Android Tablet and more.

Will BigContacts capture and store ALL of my email history?

We offer a unique email dropbox feature that allows you to send and receive emails from any email system outside of BigContacts (including your mobile phone) and we will capture, sort and store a copy of the email that was sent in the appropriate contact record.

Does BigContacts offer email marketing services?

We offer two types of email marketing platforms. We have our own in-house email “drip marketing” service called “AutoPilot.” BigContacts Autopilot allows you to automate email marketing within your business. It's like having an assistant that works for FREE that is delivering your message to clients and prospects for you.

In addition, we have partnered with the email marketing company – VerticalResponse. VerticalResponse is a paid service and this allows you to send large email campaigns and tracks results… all the way down to knowing what links they opened!
