How does the 15-day free trial work?

It’s simple. You enter some basic information including name, phone, email, estimated number of users, current system, and a password. That’s it and it should take you less than 30 seconds. No credit card is required. You now have access to the full featured system for free for 15 days.

During your free trial, you have access to all the features and functions of BigContacts. You can add as many users to the system to truly test the capabilities of this system, and best of all…if you decide to upgrade to a paid edition…all of the customization and data you entered remains in your account.

What web browsers work with BigContacts?

BigContacts supports 4 web browsers. (Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer) The single best performing and most stable web browser for BigContacts, as well as many other web applications, is Firefox.

Is it easy to import my contacts?

The BigContacts Import Wizard allows you to easily load any properly formatted .CSV spreadsheet  No matter where your contacts exist today, if you are able to export them into an Excel or CSV spreadsheet you can get them into BigContacts

Can I access BigContacts from my mobile phone?

We will soon release the "Mobile Edition" to BigContacts that will allow you to access all the key information about your contacts (including your notes and history) directly from any smartphone. The will be included as part of your subscription.

Does BigContacts require a contract?

Nope. BigContacts is a prepay service. Whether you choose to prepay for 1 month at a time or prepay for 12 months (we apply a 20% discount if you choose to prepay for 12 months).  You can choose to inactivate your account at anytime and we will not bill you on the next subscription renewal date.

Will BigContacts store ALL of my email history?

We offer a unique email dropbox feature that allows you to send and receive emails from any email system outside of BigContacts (including your mobile phone) and we will capture, sort and store a copy of the email that was sent in the appropriate contact record.

Does BigContacts offer email marketing services?

We offer two types of email marketing platforms. We have our own in-house email “drip marketing” service called “AutoPilot.” BigContacts Autopilot allows you to automate email marketing within your business. It's like having an assistant that works for FREE that is delivering your message to clients and prospects for you.

In addition, we will soon offer integration with other email marketing software that will allow you to send large email campaigns and tracks results… all the way down to knowing what links they opened!
