Our primary data center is EV1 Servers in Houston, Texas. We also have a fully redundant configuration in a data center in Phoenix Arizona. Should our primary site ever go down for an extended period, we would switch over to the backup site in Phoenix.

To preserve data, our databases are replicated in both data centers. We also do a complete data backup to an offsite backup location every night.

For files and photos, we use Amazon S3 Storage Service for data storage. All files and photos are repliacted and saved at multiple data centers by Amazon.

We have a security policy and procedure manual that was developed by the former Chief Security Officer for the State of Georgia. Our security implementation consultant is one of the premier computer security experts in the country and was the developer of HP VirtualVault secure web server which used for military grade systems. We use a Cisco PIX firewall and our security consultant maintains the settings on this.

All servers use Redhat Enterprise Linux. We use session based security with 128-bit MD5 one-way encryption on all passwords.
