I run a small online business in the UK and was looking to move from an Outlook-based CRM to a web-based one. After researching and shortlisting I decided to choose Big Contacts. I'm pleased I did.
Big Contacts is an extremely intuitive system. It allowed me to migrate our 2000 contacts and the statuses that we had assigned them, plus Tasks, easily and logically. Because our previous system had been restricted to an office-network, the immediate benefit was that our team (which is spread across the UK) could all use the same application, and at any time.
For ease of use Big Contacts is great. Finding a contact is very fast and logical. But what I really like is the detail. For instance, it automatically stores emails I send (using Outlook) against the contact's record. Even better, when the contact replies to me, their reply email is stored against their record. Running reports has never been easier. Plus, the iPhone app is brilliant!
I understand new modifications are always being built and considered - which is really reassuring: I like knowing that a good product is under continual improvement.
Irrespective of the fact that it is offered at a much more realistic price than some of the competition, this is a great product.
