We are in the Property Development business and had used Excel prior to choosing BigContacts.  Excel made it very difficult to sort through data and link various forms of communication.

BigContacts all us to take all information sent and received from clients and track it effectively.  This ensures that we can communicate with huge volumes of clients and know exactly where we left off.

I really like the fact that it was mobile as well as web-based. This allows me to work from home.
