"BigContacts to be the most user-friendly and best value for the money."

Our company offers General Contracting for restaurant remodels and repairs.  Prior to choosing BigContacts we were using Microsoft Outlook and Highrise

We could not track all job and customer information in one location and wanted a cloud-based, mobile access, user friendly format for our reps. A major issue was no reporting capabilities in Highrise so we needed a better product to fit our needs.

With BigContacts, we now keep all notes, job information, sales tracking, files and photos in one location for easy access on the road or from the office and multiple users is no issue. Being able to title our customers/restaurants by multiple names allows my reps to search by Store Number, City, Location Name or Concept making this a great solution to a confusing industry where every location is know by 2 or three different names.

BigContacts has given us a measurable system for staying in contact with our customers and tracking the jobs for each of our 5300 restaurant locations. My reps are more organized and are better able to give our clients the personal touch with the tracking and reports we are able to run daily, weekly and monthly.

The pipeline has taken a manual process and automated it. We were able to customize the system using the business card format to work with our construction format with multiple locations. When you consider there are 543 locations for a national restaurant chain we service, you can imagine how impressed they are when we walk in the door and call the managers and assistant managers by name and are able to ask about family members or remember a surgery, baby’s birth or a child graduating.

They feel you truly care about them. It gives you the edge when you have an error in a job….they know you care and want to make it right. The personal touch makes a world of difference.

Sales are up in a declining economy due to use of this product for one year. It is great to go home in the evening and know your back-up has been handled for you and you are not going to have to invest in more equipment because you are outgrowing your server space and current system! BigContacts saves money, time and worry! No better investment on the market!

I really like the fact that full back-ups can be retained on our server was a decision maker for us moving to cloud based. We shopped several CRM’s and determined BigContacts to be the most user-friendly and best value for the money. We found the customer service to be outstanding and the sales department was eager to help us determine ways to use the program to our best benefit.

"Within about 5 minutes of clicking around the program I knew it was going to be good."

I'd been after CRM software for some time now. I actually started looking around 3 years ago and the most favorable at the time was Mamut. I then started looking again and came across BigContacts. Within about 5 minutes of clicking around the program I knew it was going to be good.

We signed up with one user for a month......input the client details we had and started using it. We added another two users and have been using it for the past 8 months or so.

It's changed our lives…it's saved us hours and hours of time and a lot of pen ink. I have my iPhone and my iPad and no longer even need a pen. We keep on top of customer requests and have found the client history more than useful. It's so simple to use and takes no setting up.

We also had a glitch with our system where client details wouldn't stop loading once clicked on...within 12 hours I'd had a conference call from the UK to US and it was sorted! Brilliant support!

We're so happy with it we've just paid up front for the year to take advantage of the good savings.

"BigContacts is convenient, easy and fast."

We build custom residential homes and our target clients are those homeowners who want a high end home built or who would like to remodel or have an addition done to their home.

We were trying to use Microsoft Outlook to manage our customer and prospect data.  We have a total of 10 employees and every time someone needed a contact they would have to call or search through someone else's contacts to find the contact needed.  Now there is one place that all of our employees can search for the contact they need. They can either do a search by persons name or company name, either way it is very convenient, easy and fast.

BigContacts is convenient, easy and fast. It has also been very convenient to have the smart phone app where you can access BigContacts from anywhere and at any time without having to depend or wait for another person to get the information.

What helped us during the evaluation process was the way you can search by either name or by company name. Other programs you had to either know the person’s name or the Company Name. And what we liked about BigContacts is that as you are typing the name all the names that resemble the name you are typing come up. Then once you see the contact you need you click and it takes you to the information.

We've been using BigContacts for a while now to manage our appointment scheduling, customer and vendor database, sales and lead info.

We specifically got iPhones so we could access BigContacts out in the field. Love accessing Google maps through contact info for navigational help en route to appointments. Also like that calendar can be broken down into 15 min. segments.

Does a pretty darn good job for a great price.

BigContacts - online CRM for small companies with BIG expectations! BigContacts is easy to start-up and use. The initial (or ongoing) import feature kick starts your usage. Great tracking for phone calls and note taking. Good at reminding you of history. Fast interface on multiple browsers (although Chrome seems best)

All the CRM features a small business needs on a budget that all can afford. Great customer support - best I have seen for any online product solution.

BigContacts is a user friendly CRM. The two features I find the most helpful are:

1) the ability to create automated tasks and emails based on changes in status;
2) The ability to create email templates.

Overall this is a great product for our small business. It is easy for new users to learn and has capabilities that we use frequently.
