I was pleasantly surprised that you have integrated with Google email and Google calendar. That is a fantastic development for smartphone users. I was a small business owner and a former Big Contacts user that had a business change and decided that I didn't need such an elaborate CRM. I used BC for about a year with another employee working a sales funnel of over 100 prospects and customers. Before I subscribed the first time, I had looked at many different CRMs, and decided that Big Contacts was by far the quickest and most comprehensive and cost-effective when actually trying to contact customers. The interface is by far the sleekest and least time consuming to actually use real time. I didn't quit using Big Contacts because I was unsatisfied with its performance, but rather simply didn't need its capabilities when I closed down my former small business. But now I am in network marketing, and this development has fired up my passion again for BC. I could write volumes about the interface's streamlining the process of working a sales funnel real time. I guess you can see that I am still a big fan of BC.
