The BigContacts Certified Consultant Program is a great way for you to expand your solution offerings, offer more value to your clients, and generate additional revenue for your business.

Every BigContacts Certified Consultant goes through a comprehensive certification process that covers advanced functionality of the product, including installation, importing, and system customization. Upon passing the certification exam you are awarded full certification.

Steps to Success

Step 1 - Submit an online application

Step 2 - Receive an invitation to join the BigContacts Certified Consultant Program

Step 3 - Receive, sign, and return Certified Consultant Agreement. Pay $495 program initiation fee.

Step 4 - Schedule (4) 30-minute live web training sessions

Step 5 - Complete and Pass Online exam

You are now ready to begin developing business through our Certified Consultant program.

Certification Fee  $495  A test score of 75% or greater is required for certification. This fee covers the costs of one certified consultant. Call regarding discounts for the certification of multiple consultants within your company. 1-888-286-6578
Renewal Fee  $295  A test score of 75% or greater is required for re-certification. $10,000 in new business each year is required to be eligible for re-certification.  This covers the cost of all new module/ feature training as well as the re-certification test.
Renewal Period   Annual   You must renew your certification annually by the end of your anniversary month. Example:  If you became a Certified Consultant in November, you will be required to renew certification by the end of November each year to remain an active Consultant.

 The worksheets will help you organize your approach when consulting with a client.
Commission - Solo
  30%   
Work the project and get the new account established with no help from an in-house consultant. For all cases that you work in this mode, we will pay a one-time commission of 30% at the end of the month following billing of the new account.
Commission - Joint w/ BigContacts Consultant
  15%
 Work the project jointly with an in-house BigContacts Consultant. For all cases that you work in this mode, we will pay a one-time commission of 15% at the end of the month following billing of the new account.

Commission Payments    Paid monthly.

Paid at the end of the month following billing of the new account.

Certified Consultant Fee Structure

All BigContacts Certified Consultants are required to adhere to our published consulting fee schedule.  A detail of the program as well as the fee schedule can be found on the Small Business CRM Consultant page.

You will be expected to follow the best practices methods gained through the Certification program to assist new clients in enhancing their experience with BigContacts. Our consulting program is unlike most in that we offer our services for a fixed rate. One price and a singular focus to work with you until the job is done.
